ARCHImedia Consortium was first registered in the United Kingdom in 1973 and registered in Australia in 1976 as an architect’s practice specialising in design and construction.
Over the years the design section has produced buildings across the spectrum of commercial, residential, industrial, educational and medical. The construction section provides specialised services to implement the construction of complex building solutions.
In 1986 the specialist inspection service was formed to meet the needs of clients requiring expertise in determining causal issues relating to building failures and advice relating to disputes in building matters. Called ‘The Housing Workshop’, it was the first building inspection service to be set up in Australia.
THW was brought under the parent company ARCHImedia in 1990 and continues today with the same commitment to assisting with dispute resolution, forensic architecture, expert advice and expert witness services.
Today, ARCHImedia offers its clients the same range of professional services that assist them in the process of building design, buying, altering, renovating and the specialist area of forensic architecture and dispute resolution.
With the acquired design and construction expertise, ARCHImedia is able to offer sound practical advice backed up by many years of qualifications, experience, knowledge and observation.
